What is IIS?

The Inclusion Intelligence System (IIS)

is a data-driven inclusion diagnostics platform that enables organizations to evaluate disability inclusion readiness and transformation progress.

The system provides structured assessments, scoring, modules and maturity classifications to help organizations identify strengths, gaps, and actionable next steps.

Core Objectives:

  • Measure whether inclusion is happening inside organizations.
  • Provide verifiable evidence of inclusion transformation.
  • Help teams move from compliance to inclusive culture.

Five Inclusion Dimensions

Hiring System

Evaluate accessible recruitment, inclusive hiring practices, and disability-focused outreach.

Onboarding

Assess orientation accessibility, communication support, and inclusive onboarding processes.

Accommodation

Measure accommodation policies, response systems, and workplace accessibility readiness.

Retention

Analyze career development, support systems, and retention practices for employees with disabilities.

Culture

Evaluate leadership commitment, inclusive policies, awareness initiatives, and workplace belonging.

How IIS Works

Discovery

Organizations begin by completing the IIS Inclusion Readiness Assessment, a structured diagnostic tool designed to measure their current inclusion maturity across key dimensions such as hiring, onboarding, accommodation, retention, accessibility, and workplace culture. The assessment identifies organizational strengths, inclusion gaps, accessibility barriers, and opportunities for improvement.

Analysis

After the assessment is completed, IIS generates inclusion scores, maturity classifications, and analytics-based insights to help organizations better understand their current state. The platform highlights critical gaps, priority focus areas, and inclusion risks that may impact employee experience and organizational readiness.

Insights

Based on assessment results, IIS provides tailored recommendations and strategic guidance aligned with the organization’s maturity level and identified needs. Organizations receive actionable insights that can support policy improvements, accessibility enhancements, inclusive hiring practices, and culture-building initiatives.

Roadmap

IIS helps organizations build a structured inclusion roadmap by identifying measurable goals, recommended actions, and suggested implementation priorities. The roadmap serves as a practical guide for organizations as they strengthen disability inclusion and workplace accessibility efforts over time.

Monitoring

Organizations can continuously monitor their inclusion progress through dashboards, reporting tools, and periodic reassessments within the IIS platform. This allows teams to measure improvements, track accountability, and evaluate the impact of their inclusion initiatives over time.

Sustainability

IIS supports long-term inclusion transformation by enabling organizations to continuously evaluate, refine, and strengthen their inclusion practices through data-informed decision- making. As organizations mature, IIS helps sustain accountability, accessibility, and inclusive workplace culture through ongoing measurement and improvement pathways.
